Scott Environmental Group technicians use 300 degree water, aggressive degreasers and 3,500 p.s.i. of water pressure to strip grease from the hood, ductwork and fan. We capture these waste products, vacuum them into a storage unit for transportation and safe disposal at an approved site.
We aren’t finished there, we clean the filters, backsplash and polish the stainless steel before we leave.
You have invested a great deal in kitchens and equipment and we will honour that investment by protecting it from waste greases and oily waters.
Grease Traps & Piping Cleanouts
Every kitchen manager will benefit from a grease trap program. If the grease trap becomes too heavily soiled, grease migrates from the trap into the sanitary sewer lines. This can cause partial or total blockages resulting in floods and damage. It is impossible to gauge the costs of a sewer backup or the disruption of continual toilet overflows.
Regular scheduled grease trap maintenance will virtually eliminate these problems. We have a vacuum truck that can be used to clean the trap of waste greases and oils. We have a systems certificate of approval to transport the waste materials to an approved disposal site.
We have a remote access camera that can be used to inspect the sanitary lines and provide you with the information you need to virtually eliminate these aggravations. We can "save" the inspection to VHS tape for subsequent review or approval.
We have water jetting lines to clear clogged or blocked lines. Our skilled technicians can eliminate blockages quickly and easily. Our vacuum truck can assist with site clean-up if there is a back-up or flood. |
