Sanitation/hygiene is an integral part of any good food safety program. We understand that a food safety program is progressive in nature and that it is conceptualized, organized and implemented to ensure that all processing operations are free of insect, rodent, bacteria and other microbiological constituents.
While working within a food processing plant we work within strict guidelines to ensure that these programs are being adhered to. Our technicians have been trained in all aspects of sanitation and hygiene in food processing plants including in depth courses in microbiology, chemistry, foreign material control, engineering and maintenance, quality assurance, and master sanitation schedules. |
